TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store karolinkuusik.ee (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is Kiisudkutsud OÜ, 11420248, located at Telliskivi 60A, Tallinn, Estonia. Email address: karolin.kuusik@gmail.com.
Validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer.
The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Receipt of an order will be confirmed electronically in relevant e-mail with annexed conditions of agreement.
Goods are generally delivered in 3-5 days, but in exceptional cases karolinkuusik.ee is entitled to deliver the goods in up to 30 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the web store karolinkuusik.ee in 14 days. In 14 days from the receipt of goods you can revise the goods and decide, if it is suitable for you.
Withdrawal from the agreement is possible with return of the goods with relevant application or via e-mail.
Please remember that you shall pay any costs related to withdrawal (e.g. postal charges).
Please submit withdrawal application via e-mail karolin.kuusik@gmail.com, karolinkuusik.ee will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the application.
If the buyer has clearly chosen a different form of shipment than the cheapest usual form of shipment offered by the online store, the store is not required to compensate the cost exceeding the usual shipping cost.
If the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product) the seller shall bear the cost of returning goods.
In order to use the right of withdrawal, you shall open the product package carefully without damaging the product in it. Items must be returned to us unused with Karolin Kuusik tag and designer labels still attached.
Study goods only in the same way as allowed in a regular store. Your liability will arise, if you have used an item in any other way than necessary for becoming convinced in the nature, properties and functioning of the item. If there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
Karolinkuusik.ee will return money in 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods by karolinkuusik.ee.
Non-returnable items are gift cards and items on sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kat@kat.studio
Shipment
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.Goods are shipped worldwide. We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.
The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.
Settlement of disputes
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to karolin.kuusik@gmail.com. If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee, which is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
Defective product
You are entitled to submit a claim to karolinkuusik.ee, if the goods purchased from the web store have a shortage or defect that existed already at the moment of transfer of the product.
karolinkuusik.ee will remain liable for nonconformity of a product to the agreement conditions for two years from the delivery of the product to the purchaser.
You shall inform karolinkuusik.ee of any detected defect not later than in two months.
karolinkuusik.ee will answer your claim submitted in writing or in the form enabling written reproduction in 15 days via e-mail.
If an item purchased from the web store is defective, karolinkuusik.ee will repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, karolinkuusik.ee will return the purchase sum and postal charge and apologize.
